But wait a minute Dr. Roth, what about hundreds of other scientists who disagree with your assertion?
Dr. Joseph DeCook, then executive director of the American Association of Pro-Life Obstetricians and Gynecologists, a group of about 2,500 members, said an embryo is a living human being at the moment of fertilization.
“There’s no question at all when human life begins,” said DeCook, a retired obstetrician-gynecologist. “When the two sets of chromosomes get together, you have a complete individual. It’s the same as you and I but less developed.” CNN Chart November 7, 2011
But wait a minute Dr. DeCook, what about all those other doctors who disagree with your medical opinion?

–THE EDUCATED CLASS
First, it appears that one must exit the womb safely, then attend a lot of classes.
Then, one must become a scientist, biologist and or medical doctor.
Next, the said professional must be asked to serve on an advisory board in the realm of politics and money.
Here then is where we find ourselves. We ask the people who believe like us to tell us what we want to know so that we might perpetuate our causes.
–THE PARENTAL CLASS
What is interesting about abortion is that the benefit of the doubt that a fetus is a real person, by law, goes now to the mother.
It is not often that this mother-to-be, seeking an abortion, is a Harvard scientist, biologist or medical doctor. In this educated, science-driven culture, how is it that a non-scientific, thus undereducated, mother gets to decide the fate of an unborn fetus? How might she be qualified to determine if this unborn zygote, when aborted, will be a simple removal of flesh from her body or a murder performed by a medical doctor and legalized by humans outside the womb?
Right now, it does not matter when life begins for the fetus. What matters is how badly a mother needs or wants to be rid of this unwanted growth inside her body. If it were a tumor, would she not have the doctor remove it?
–THE SUPREME CLASS
Nine people who are neither scientist, nor those who desire the services of abortion, will decide if abortion is murder or women’s rights assigned through the ownership of their own bodies.
These highly intellectual, lawyers/politicians self-assigned to themselves the right to determine when life begins. They made the call. 7 to 2

Most Americans don’t know that McCorvey, who was “pro-choice” on abortion at the time, became a pro-life advocate. Until her passing in 2017, she was dedicated to reversing the Supreme Court case that bears her fictitious name, Jane Roe.
–THE ZYGOTE CLASS
Sorry little ones. Too bad tiny zygotes. Those of us outside the protection of the womb will determine if the womb of your mother is a safe place for you or possibly the horror of an unwanted tool of death. Those of us who have moral, intellectual and spiritual superiority will, along with your mother, determine your fate. And since you cannot read or understand these words yet, you are not human, or a scientist or a politician, and therefore you have no say so in the matter.
In 1973 some very smart people decided that you are possibly not human yet and certainly not a person. Since then, over 50 million of you have been eradicated from this earth without your permission. (That’s more than the deaths in all the wars since recorded time) I hope you didn’t mind. Good luck in your future adventures.
